Bonnie DuPont, M.Ed., ICD.D.

Vice-chair, Board of Governors, University of Calgary

Ms. DuPont is an experienced senior executive, having served in both the grain and the energy industry. Her most recent
position was as Group Vice President with Enbridge Inc. in Calgary, a role in which she had accountability for the Corporate Resources function. This portfolio included Information Technology, Public & Government Affairs, Human Resources, Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Before joining Enbridge, Ms. DuPont had 20 years of executive experience in both energy and the Canadian grain industry.
She served with the Saskatchewan Power Corporation and with two of the heritage grain companies that eventually formeViterra Inc. (VT:TSX)

Ms. DuPont brings significant Board experience to her role. She served as a Director of the Bank of Canada from 2006 to
2012 where she chaired the Human Resources and Compensation Committee, and served on the Executive Committee..
She served on the Board of Viterra Inc, where she chaired the Safety, Health and Environment Committee from 2008
until the company was sold in 2012. Ms. DuPont also serves on the boards of SilverWillow Energy, Bird Construction and

Ms. DuPont has a long history of service to the University of Calgary, commencing in 1989 when she was appointed by the
late Murray Fraser to sit on a Blue Ribbon Committee studying the issue of sexual harassment on the campus. She servedon the Management Advisory Council of the Haskayne School of Business from 1990 to 2010 and served as chair of MAC in 2004-05. Ms. DuPont founded the Enbridge Undergraduate Mentorship Program, and saw the expansion of that program to include graduate students at the Haskayne School of Business. She was named one of the Top 40 Alumni from the University of Calgary in celebration of the University’s 40th Anniversary in 2006. In February 2011, Ms. DuPont was named Vice-Chair of the Board of Governors of the University of Calgary.

Ms. DuPont served on the Board of the Calgary Petroleum Club and was the President of that organization in 2007-08. She also served on the Campaign Cabinet for the Banff Center Capital Campaign and has served as a Committee Chair with the United Way of Calgary.
